About the Company
Pollground is the primary product of UZ Labs, a startup specializing in web services. Pollground aims to allow users to easily and rapidly poll the public for its opinion on any subject, especially on social advice. Pollground and UZ Labs were founded by two college students frustrated by the lack of online resources for quick and honest advice. UZ Labs received seed funding from Paul Graham and his company Ycombinator.

About the Founders
Choketsu Uga is an undergraduate at Princeton University pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. At the university he plans to research Artifiicial intelligence. He has been programming since 12, when he learned Java. He has built a variety of software for a hospital, a bank, family, and friends, and hopes to use his knowledge to benefit the lives of people everywhere.

Fan Zhang is a undergraduate at Harvard University working on this Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics. His research interests include games of imperfect information and statistical modeling of financial markets. Fan was also working on an open-source statistical IM conversation analyzer, but has put that project on hold because of Pollground. His other interests include Starcraft, table tennis, and photography. Fan first started programming when he was 8, and has enjoyed programming challenges ever since.
